Order Processing
Please allow 10-20 business days for order processing. This does not include weekends or holidays. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Due to the hygienic and custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. Exchanges are only available if there is a verified error on our part (e.g., wrong texture or length). Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos and original packaging.
